ENDOless Selected for the HIIT Program - Accelerating Health Innovation in France

· By Alexandra Mont · 3 min read

Building a health startup is not just about technology.

It is about navigating one of the most complex ecosystems in the world - medicine, regulation, hospitals, patients, research, and funding - all at the same time.

This is why programs like HIIT (Health Innovation Intensive Training) exist.

And today, I’m proud to share that ENDOless has been selected as one of the 24 startups chosen among more than 70 applicants to participate in the 2026 edition of the program.

The official announcement took place at MedInTechs, bringing together entrepreneurs, clinicians, investors, and leaders shaping the future of healthcare innovation.

What is the HIIT Program?

The Health Innovation Intensive Training (HIIT) program is organized by La French Tech Grand Paris and the Digital Medical Hub (AP-HP).

It aims to help promising health startups better understand the realities of building solutions inside healthcare systems.

The program is held under the High Patronage of the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, and this edition is sponsored by Dr Olivier Véran, former French Minister of Health.

HIIT brings together a small cohort of selected startups and immerses them in an intensive program designed to address the real challenges of health innovation.

Because building in healthcare is fundamentally different from building in other sectors.

A great idea is not enough.

You must understand:

  • medical practice
  • regulatory frameworks
  • hospital systems
  • patient realities
  • reimbursement pathways
  • and the complexity of bringing innovation into care environments

HIIT exists to help startups bridge that gap.

What We Will Work On

During the program, we will work with healthcare experts, investors, clinicians, and entrepreneurs on several key dimensions of digital health innovation.

These include:

  • understanding healthcare regulations and legal frameworks
  • learning how to collaborate effectively with clinicians and patients
  • defining market access and funding strategies
  • anticipating the transformation of healthcare through digital tools and AI

For a startup like ENDOless, these questions are not theoretical.

They determine whether innovation can actually reach patients.

Why This Matters for ENDOless

ENDOless was created to address a massive gap in women’s health.

Millions of women live with chronic gynecological pain, including conditions like endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, and severe menstrual disorders.

Yet these conditions remain under-diagnosed, poorly understood, and significantly under-researched.

The average diagnostic delay for endometriosis alone is still estimated at 7 to 10 years.

During those years, women navigate pain, uncertainty, and often disbelief.

At ENDOless, we are building an AI-powered platform that helps women track symptoms, understand their bodies, anticipate pain patterns, and contribute to better research through real-world data.

Programs like HIIT are important because they help ensure that solutions like ours are built in collaboration with healthcare professionals, not just around them.

Innovation in healthcare only works if it connects patients, clinicians, research, and technology.

Building the Future of Women’s Health

For decades, women’s health has been underrepresented in medical research.

Pain conditions affecting women have often been minimized or misunderstood.

But things are changing.

New technologies, better data, and growing awareness are creating an opportunity to rethink how we understand and manage women’s health.

ENDOless is part of that movement.

Our goal is simple:

to make women’s pain visible, measurable, and finally taken seriously - for women themselves, for healthcare providers, and for medical research.

A Community of Health Innovators

Being selected for HIIT also means joining a community of entrepreneurs working to transform healthcare.

These founders are building solutions across diagnostics, digital therapeutics, AI, hospital infrastructure, and patient care.

And while our missions may differ, we share the same ambition:

to build tools that improve how healthcare works in the real world.

Looking Ahead

Participating in HIIT is not just a milestone for ENDOless.

It is an opportunity to challenge our assumptions, refine our strategy, and strengthen our collaboration with the healthcare ecosystem.

Because real innovation in health doesn’t happen alone.

It happens when patients, doctors, researchers, entrepreneurs, and institutions work together.

We’re grateful to La French Tech Grand Paris, Digital Medical Hub, and everyone involved in making this program possible.

And we’re excited for what comes next
